Sammy's Auto Spa

First let me say I have been coming here for years. I had an appointment in May for a platinum super wash. I was extremely disappointed. When called to receive my vehicle I noticed the windshield had not been touched. I went and got the guy and he cleaned it. I left and upon leaving I noticed several things. My cup holder had dried yogurt in it previously that was not cleaned. Several other windows were not cleaned. The covers were taken off the back of my third row and put back on upside down. Where the rear hatch connects with the vehicle was not vacuumed out. The kicker is eventhough my vehicle has 3 rows I'm the only person as the driver on a daily. For it to be a new vehicle with little usage and not be cleaned corrected is disappointing. I could of went back but its an inconvenience. I need my vehicle cleaned again and looking for some where else. A customer and referral go.

I have been twice and will definitely go again. They communicate well and are very accommodating. Most importantly they do a phenomenal job. Oh and Hope is incredible. The first time I went, she did my car all by herself and I think she did it during lunchtime. I attached a picture to show how my car was gleaming when she was done! I highly recommend!

Had been coming here for years until today, will never go back. Showed up at 8:45 to get in line early, was first person in line. Front door, Apple Maps, website and google all say they open at 9:00 am on Saturday. No one showed up until 10:00, no big deal things happen, employee tells me I should’ve checked google for the correct hours (I did) and then says they have 2 appointments ahead of me and I’ll have to wait. Lost a customer for life as well as all the referrals I’ve sent.

The attention to detail was phenomenal. The service was quick, and my car looked amazing afterward. The staff was very friendly as well.

They are definitely not Sammy! I guess the 2005 wasn't nice enough to get the type of service that anyone else would get who pays that same $183 to get a full detail inside and out. She was very rude, raising her voice and trying to place blame on my daughter as to why they could not complete the car on Friday, saying that my daughter waited until 6:30 to call about her car. She dropped it off at 10:30 a.m. and by 6:30 p.m. they were not done. They eventually owned up to the fact that they made the mistake inside their business communicating with each other and decided that the car was not going to be cleaned until the following Monday. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Mat's still dirty, missed places cleaning the seats! DAYM! Trying to support a black/brown owned business and this is what we get! SMDH!
